ILM Management Level 4

Overview

The ILM Level 4 Management Higher Apprenticeship is ideal for managers moving into a middle management position, who still retain responsibility for operational processes but are more removed from day to day line management duties. The qualifications develop the knowledge and skills required to take on higher level responsibilities such as planning and implementing change.

ILM Level 4 Diploma in Principles of Leadership and Management.

Method of Study

 The NVQ Diploma is delivered at the learners place of work and is a competence-based qualification.

The Diploma in Principles of Leadership and Management requires day release - once per month for 10 months

Entry Requirements

 For a funded Level 4 programme applicants must be:
Employed with a contract for a minimum of 16 hours per week at a rate of pay equal to, or in excess of, the National Minimum Wage. The job role must be suitable for the learner to be able to display occupational competence.
