Overview

This qualification is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their customer service skills - no matter what industry you’re working in. You maybe looking for your first job or already have some experience in customer service, this qualification will help improve your career prospects whilst teaching you a skill that can lead to a better customer experience.

Course Content

Maintain a positive and customer friendly attitude throughout all aspects of the job.
Recognise and resolve customer queries, requests and issues.
Communicate in appropriate customer service language.
Understand and adhere to the rules / regulations of customer service when engaging with customers.

Method of Study

Combined knowledge and competence-based qualification delivered mainly at the learners place of work. Each learner is assigned an individual Training Officer who schedules visits on a monthly basis.

Entry Requirements

 Traineeships are for young people up to 19 years old and are designed to give an individual the skills required to get a job or progress to further learning at a higher level such as Further Education or Apprenticeship.

The Traineeships Programmes has 2 different levels to ensure you get the support and encouragement required to progress.
